In the best single and exclusive situations, we primarily grow Riesling and Burgundy on 25 ha of vineyards. Grilled Scallop with Dill Butter on Top![]() Ingredients (serves 4) Scallop 8 pieces Olive oil, just a little as you think proper Black truffles salt, just a pinch Black pepper, just a pinch (Roughly grounded) Butter Dill (Minced) Sprinkle black truffle salt over the scallops. Spread olive oil on a frying pan, fry the scallops until the surface gets nice brown color, and then turn it over. Make sure the center of the scallop remains rare. Please do not grill too much.
