Fresh and very fruity traditional aroma of green apple, pear and pineapple. Mature with notes of almond. ON THE PALATE:
Ample and polished on the palate, very dry. Aftertaste with the bouquet of ageing, persistent und unique in its class.
Grape variety: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada
Food Matching: Recommended to take it alone at any time. Also marry well with white meats and fish.

Harvest: Manual amnd mechanical
Vinification: 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC, for fifteen days. Once fermented, the wine is prepared for the 2nd fermentation in the bottle by the traditional method.
Aging: Average aging of 18 months on its lees.
