1. Ségla (2013)
Robert Parker 87-89pts!
The well-made second wine, the 2013 Segla, includes 61% of the production. A blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot, it displays a dark ruby/purple color as well as a lovely bouquet of mulberries, black currants, cherries, loamy soil and earth, and a medium-bodied, easygoing, soft finish. Drink it over the next 6-8 years. (Parker 2014 Aug. comment cited)
Tasting Note
The expressive nose discloses exceptional aromatic strength and notes of strawberry, raspberry and spice which intertwine harmoniously. The palate is smooth with a seductive texture and the tannins are fine and well-integrated.
