Tasting Note Appareance : 2014 white Château Rochemorin has an attractive, brilliant, yellow colour with golden highlights. Nose : Intense bouquet with delicate nuances of yellow peach, apricot, and other ripe fruit, as well as notes of fresh toast. Mouth : Elegant, well-balanced, and full-bodied. Good and rich with a long fruity aftertaste. The slight smokiness on the finish is most attractive. The wine's pleasant freshness makes it wonderful partner for white meats and cheeses.
