History of Buccella
Buccella was founded in 2000 by William and Alicia Deem. The first vintage produced was in 2002.
Production started out small and has grown steadily since.
We support green practices in our vineyards and our winery.
We practice sustainability.
We believe in doing everything by hand. From the harvesting of our grapes, to sorting, to bottling and labeling our wines.
We strive to make an artisanal, unique wine that will provide countless years of joy.
Climate Sunny, hot days with cool nights. Fog in the morning.
Geology Gravelly loam and rocky, volcanic soils.

Aging Aged 9 months in 18% new french oak, 43% used french oak and 39% stainless steel barrels.
