Limpid aspect with intense ruby color. Aromas: Fruity, being predominant in fresh red fruits, forest fruits jam, spices and toasted notes. Taste is Fruity, smooth, elegante and harmonious.
Crush with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C and prolonged skin maceration. 6 months in French oak barrels.

Aspect is Crystalline. Distinct aromatic intensity, being predominant in tropical fruits, exotic fruits, citrus flower´s and lime. Taste is Fruity, fresh, notorioud volume in the mouth, harmonious and elegant.
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and fermentation at 15°C. Stage at least 2 months in bottle.
Grape Varieties: 50% Encruzado; 30% Bical; 10% Malvasia-Fina; 10% Cerceal-Branco.
Food Match: Ideal with dishes of Mediterranean, Chinese and Indian cuisine or as na appetizer/leisure.
