Tasting Note: The wine is a medium to dark black ruby. Forward spicy, toasty, oaky nose with hints of liquorice, chocolate, tea, cherries and plums. Full-bodied, it has a core of ripe fruit, which makes it easy to appreciate. On the palate it is firm, round with supple tannins and a fresh acidity. Well balanced, this is an elegant wine with a long persistent finish which makes it is easy to drink. Definitely a benchmark Figeac. JKW04/19
