Tasting Note: The robe is a fine, golden colour. The nose is aromatic and extremely complex with notes of hawthorn flower, almond and violet rubbing shoulders with familiar summer fruit flavours. The cuvée also boasts a subtle woodiness, along with delicate hints of gingerbread and tobacco. Rich and sumptious on the palate, with a great volume and substance paired with an impressive freshness

Food Matching: Perfect as an aperitif, or served with grilled fish and shellfish.

Grape Variety: Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier, Roussanne.
