Description

Located at the foot of the Larzac plateau, a site protected by Unesco, This vineyard benefits exceptional climatic conditions with big gaps of temperatures between the night and the day. It allows us to have a good and slow maturation of the grapes. White wines plots are cultivated in altitude (300 meters) on sandstone and schiste, which gives them a minerality touch.

Also, the estate is committed to biodynamic since 2013.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, or served with grilled fish and shellfish.
To be served: 12℃
Alcohol: 13%
