Vinification Alcoholic fermentation at 18-20º C in French oak barrels (500 liters of capacity). Malolactic fermentation in the same barrels. Weekly battonage aplied during the first two months after the fermentation.
Aging 7-8 months in French Oak and 2 years in bottle. 30% new(500 Liter).
