TASTING NOTES
Inspired by Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this Grenache-Syrah-Mourvedre based blend is an elegant balance of deep, rich notes with acidity and bright top notes. Deep garnet in color, you are greeted with dried mulberries, plum and mossy bark on the nose. In the glass, potpourrie and spice notes open up to notes of blackberry, currant, and dried cranberry. The palate is lively, plush and textural leading to a long, lingering finish.
Food Matching Turkey stuffed with apples and sage; Veal medallions with truffle jus
