Vinification: Fermentation in concret tanks with indigenous yeast. 19 days maceration at 25 ºC.
Aging: American oak 25% an french 75% in 225 l barrels during 7 months. Finally the crianza ends, for the final refining in concrete tanks a minimum of 6 months before being bottled.
Residual sugar: 0.96.
