Heitz whose wines are all 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, farmed sustainably and certified organic by CCOF and Certified Fish Friendly Farming, we introduce their new packaging and for the first time Lot C-91 which was last produced in 1969. Throughout the years, studying Joe’s notes and gaining a deeper understanding of the terroirs of the various parcels has allowed them to resurrect Lot C-91, a historical cuvée with an unprecedented depth, complexity, and aging potential. In keeping with the original vision, Lot C-91 continues to be sourced from treasured parcels in Western Oakville, Eastern Rutherford, Southeast Howell Mountain, and the foothills of St. Helena represents a greater step up in quality from the acclaimed Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon but regretfully very limited.
