A bright yellow colour with green flashes.
The nose reveals aromas of yellow fruits with hints of vanilla. On the palate, this 100% Chardonnay offers fresh touches of citrus fruit, white flowers and vanilla and spices, leading to a lovely refreshing finish.
The grapes are picked at the peak of their ripeness, sorted as soon as they are brought into the cellar and then gently crushed in a pneumatic press to obtain the finest juice.
After cold settling, the alcoholic fermentation is started in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Part of the wine is transferred into 225-litre barrels on its fine lees. The other part is aged in stainless steel vats to keep the fruity character of the grape variety.
The wine benefits from light fining before being bottled.
