Tasting Note: A complex Chardonnay: the owner of a dark amber color and expressive character. Inspired in the most prestigious spirits in the world, the thorough process behind its crafting includes aging in bourbon oak barrels, which contributes unique characteristics on this wine. On the nose, aromas of ripe pineapple, vanilla and caramel stand out, intertwined with smoky notes. On the palate, it is perceived as unctuous, with a sweet, persistent finish.

Climate: High sun exposure; low humidity; and broad thermal amplitude.
Geology: Soils of fluvial origin, stony, with boulder. Sandy base with good permeability.
Harvest: Hand harvesting.
Vinification: Hand harvesting in bins of 350 kg. Selection of bunches. Destemming. Berries selection. Vintage cooling. Cool pre-fermentation maceration. Barreling and prior fettle. Controlled fermentation at 15/16°C for 25 days. 40% of the wine is kept in oak for 3 months
Aging: 3 months in oak barrel.
Acidity: 6.27 g/L.
Residual sugar: 18.79 g/L.
