Tasting note: Intense purple coloured wine. Pleasant aromas of red berries, cherries and grapes marked with notes of candy and vanilla. On the mouth, this wine displays a gentle entrance with soft tannins that give creaminess, volume and fleshiness. Flavors of ripe and candied fruit are perfectly combined with the notes of smoke provided by the oak toast, leaving a long and persistent finish.
Food Matching: Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, stews, pasta with mushrooms sauce and cheeses.

Soils: Soils of fluvial origin, stony, with boulder. Sandy base with good permeability.

Vinification: Selected vineyards in Zonda Valley in the Province of San Juan.
Destemming. Fermentation and maceration in concrete and stainless steel vats during a minimum of 20 days at 25-26°C. Pneumatic pressing. Natural malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels (Bourbon).
