Tasting Note: Intense deep red color with purple rim. The fresh and intense aromas reminiscent of strawberries, black cherries and blueberries balance nicely with aromas of dark chocolate and toasted oak. On the palate the wine is full bodied with layers that unravel and excite.

Climate: Extreme continental with long hot summer.
Harvest: Manually harvested in September.
Vinification: Cold Maceration at 5ºC/72 hours. Fermentation start at 18-20ºC, finish at 25-26ºC/15-18 days.
Ageing: Partially in French Oak.

Residual sugar: 3.9 g/l.
