Tasting Note: The wine is a bright clear straw yellow colour. On the nose it is very fruity with hints of pear and apple. On the palate it is well balanced with a full rounded taste and an elegant finish.
Food Matching: Fish starters and first courses but also as an aperitif.
Grape variety: Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc.
Geology: Clayey and stony.
Vinification: Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are immediately pressed with a soft press, and the must cooled to encourage static decantation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 15-16 ° C. The aging is about 3 months in "batonnage" on the fine lees, in steel tanks.
