While we endeavour to ensure perfect service it may, on rare occasions, happen that the wrong goods were dispatched. In this case please contact your Wine Consultant (see Japan Offices or the Office and Wine Consultant stated on your invoice) or the Customer Service section (TEL: 03-3458.4455, FAX: 03-3458.4451 or e-mail service@pieroth.jp within 7 days after reception of the goods. And, please specify your customer and/or invoice number as it enables us to quickly proceed with your request.

Please return the goods wrongly received to:

The correct product(s) will be dispatched immediately. A credit note is issued for goods wrongly delivered upon reception of the return delivery. Return transportation fees are born by us.
