Damaged Products

We endeavour to pack products in such ways as to ensure no breakage. It may, nonetheless, happen occasionally. In this case please contact your Wine Consultant (see Japan Offices or the Office and Wine Consultant stated on your invoice) or the Customer Service section (TEL: 03-3458.4455, FAX: 03-3458.4735or e-mail service@pieroth.jp) within 3 days after reception of the goods. And, please specify your customer and/or invoice number as it enables us to quickly proceed with your request. Replacements goods will be dispatched immediately (or a credit note is issued if the same product is no longer available). In case the breakage concerns large volumes and/or expensive products please keep them (for a short time) until the damage could be assessed by the insurance company.
