All the grapes come from a single estate called Finca Bolandín, which is one of the requirements of being a Pago winery. The must was cold macerated at 8 ºC for four days before undergoing fermentation in 5,000 litre French oak casks at 28 ºC for seven days. Finally, the wine was macerated for 20 additional days. The wine was aged in French oak casks for 12 months, followed by another 12 months in the bottle.
