Pratto was inspired by the desire to break the mould and to create something new which remained true to our terroir. We harvest our Turbiana, Chardonnay and Sauvgnon Blanc grapes late in the season.
Aromatic Sauvignon vinified in stainless steel tanks, soft Chardonnay and fine Turbiana create the blend for Pratto. The nose is perfumed and minerally, with notes of tropical fruit. It is rich on the palate, with an almost sweet initial impact, followed by a well-balanced blend of fruit and a savoury component, ending with a hint of fruits and minerals.
Ideal with well-strucutred starters, such as crackers and foie gras, or delicately flavoured yet aromatic starters, white meats and fish with aromatic herbs. The perfect accompaniment for mature cheeses.
