This fine wine is produced using grapes grown in our own estate located in Las Barrancas, Maipu. This zone is considered one of the best wine-growing areas in Mendoza, well known for its climate and soil. Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 48hours. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20days.
40% of the wine is matured in American Oak Barrels for 12 months, in order to accomplish its structure.
Prior to bottling, wine is filtered. This process allows the wine having a bright appearance.

Clean and fruitful in the nose. Its aroma reminds of plum and quince, with a little touch of elegant oak. The mouth has a mild bouquet, blackberry and licorice fruit.Thick and burly. Rich and long finish with smoky accents of vanilla and lingering oak.
Enjoy it with pasta, red and white meats in light cream sauces.
Serving temperature; 15ºC to 17ºC

Complex and well-balanced wine, it presents lingering and gentle tannins. Elegant style, with ripe plums and raspberry fruit. Slightly toasted, spice and chocolate shadings too. Lengthy, focused finish. Ideal for red meats, lamb, pasta and fine fermented cheese.

Maceration takes 2 days at 8ºC. The wine is seeded with selected yeasts and ferments at 25--28 °C for 10 days,
To finish this process ,after malolactic fermentation, 100% of the wine is aged in American oak for 8 months. It remains in bottle 4 months before release.

VINIFICATION: From our Estate, located in one of the best wine-growing areas in Mendoza, is obtained a fine and dry Chardonnay.
Harvest takes place only having achieved the best maturation, when grapes show their optimal potential. State-of-the art technology is used in the winemaking process, resulting in outstanding organoleptic features.
A fruity, fresh wine with a fine quality is the outcome after fermentation, at low temperature, with selected yeast.
Ageing: 40% of the wine is matured in American Oak Barrels for two months.
The wine obtains a touch of oak, keeping its varietal character.
Prior to bottling, wine is filtered. This process allows the wine having a bright appearance.
Limpid and very bright. The aroma is intensity with notes of chance and lime skin. It has an acidic and refreshing start, in the middle of the mouth it is unctuous, intense and with a long and persistent finish with flavors reminiscent of lemon cream with vanilla and Crème brûlée. 

Food pairing: Ideal to accompany with baked poultry or accompany desserts.
To be served: 12-14℃


Toso Sparkling Brut Chardonnay

Brilliant pale lemon with slight green tinge and a consistent mosseux. Delicate integrated nose revealing a subtle toasty yeasty character accompanied by citrus nuances. Fresh, clean well rounded with subtle fruit, gentle acidity and an attractive velvet mouth feel. A harmonious wine, the aromas are reflected on the palate, and echo on a soft finish making it easy to enjoy. JKW10/09

Vinification: The manufacture and maturation for this wine takes from 6 months to 1 year.
Basic wine is blended with selected French yeasts, in big stainless steel containers.
Optimum development of its bouquet is achieved after three more months, under strict control, at low temperature and adequate pressure.
MATURATION: It takes at least three months in bottle to obtain it characteristic flavors.
FINING & FILTRATION: Prior to bottling, wine is filtered. This process allows the wine having a brigth appearance.
