CELLARING POTENTIAL Excellent on release and will age over the next 4 to 6 years.

Climate McLaren Vale has 'Mediterranean' climate of winter dominate rainfall and dry summers cooled by sea breezes ideal for ripening premium grapes.

The wine was racked to oak for 17 months maturation and received several rackings to soften the tannins and integrate oak and fruit. Prior to bottling in November 2017, the wine received a light fining to round the structure.
