The wine is a clear bright deep lemon with a slight green tinge. Forward aromatic nose, classic Sauvignon Blanc with attractive lime, grapefruit and gooseberry nuances with tropical undertones. Medium body, it reveals a solid core of vibrant mouth coating fruit. A seamless wine, it is well balanced, clean, and fresh with a pleasant lingering finish. Best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with white meat (chicken), grilled fish or seafood and oysters.
