Pale straw colour with green hue. Aromas of citrus fruits, green tea and blackcurrant bush. Ripe lemon and gooseberry notes emerge from the core of pure fruit on the palate with a long texturally dry finish. Youthful and salivating.

Can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with white meat (chicken), grilled fish, fish with sauce, or with seafood such as oysters.
Soil Omaka stony silt and loam
Vinification Skin contact, pneumatic pressing, settling, fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks during 2 weeks at 15°C
