Grape Variety: Sangiovese 85%, other red grapes 15%.
Vinification: The bunches produced are place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, the extraction techniques are daily pumping over and delestage to obtain a delicate extraction from the skins of the quality compounds: polyphenols and coloring substances. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously after the alcoholic fermentation.Acidity: 5.5g/l.
