Silhouette Napa Valley Chardonnay
Silhouette is their flagship white wine, crafted to the same exacting standards as Profile. Selecting only the best lots from our top vineyards each year, they strive to create a white wine of the utmost integrity, depth and grace. Silhouette brings together their finest Chardonnay grapes of each vintage, primarily sourced from our family’s Stanly Ranch Estate Vineyard. Whole-cluster pressed and barrel fermented with native yeasts, this wine spends extended time sur lie to develop its silken texture and rich aromatics. Exquisite fruit, graceful acidity and rounded complexity create an exceptional white wine capable of aging for a decade or more.

Tasting Note:  Sourced from the best Chardonnay block on the historic Stanly Ranch, their Silhouette is a uniquely captivating wine. Meticulously crafted using time honored old world techniques, the gentle barrel fermentation allows for the full expression of the fruit, resulting in a wine that is elegantly balanced, refined, and complex. The wine captivates with aromas of orange blossoms, jasmine, and candied pineapple, evolving as it opens. Full on the palate, the unctuous mouthfeel is brilliantly supported by the wine's natural acidity, leading into a long finish that showcases the traditional minerality and freshness of Stanly Ranch. Enjoy now and over the next 10 + years.
