The wine exhibits an impressive clear bright deep straw color.. Complex, aromatic nose, slightly floral, reminiscent of roses. As it opens in the glass, it display hints of peach, spice, and honey with Muscat overtones. Medium bodied the wine is fresh, fruity and harmonious with a solid core of ripe fruit.It has a well-balanced acidity, which keeps it fresh while the aromas are reflected on the plate along with a pleasant marmalade type of bitterness, which offsets the sweetness and lingers pleasantly on a long finish with just a hint of honey.

Food Matching: Classically, this wine is best enjoyed with blue cheese Roquefort, Gorgonzola or Bleu d'Auvergne. The bitter-sweet underlying flavour of the cheese harmonises perfectly with the wine.
