Tasting Notes: Composed of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon and 34% Petite Sirah coming from the St. Helena and Rutherford AVAs respectively, the 2015 Secret Indulgence Red has a very deep garnet-purple color and pronounced nose of crème de cassis, black plum preserves, mocha and licorice with touches of red roses, garrigue and fragrant earth. Full-bodied, rich and decadent in the mouth, it has tons of spice and baked berry layers with a fine-grained texture and great freshness, finishing long.

Vinification: Berry sorted, extended maceration in tank, the Cabernet Sauvignon was on skins for 68 days and Petite Sirah on skins for 27 days.
Ageing: All small French oak barrels (225L) for 20 months. 66% new French oak.
