Tasting Note Intense red with carmine reflections. This wine presents a very aromatic nose, with notes of sweet red fruits, liquorice and spices such as black pepper that give freshness. On the palate is juicy, tannins present that provide structure and alcohol in excellent balance. Spices, tobacco and bitter chocolate accompany its persistent finish.

Vinification Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 72 hours. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for15 to20 days.
Aging After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for12 months in new
oak barrels: 20% French and 80% American.
The wine is aged for 6 months in bottle before release.
