GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay
This wine presents pineapple and white flowers aromas. In the mouth it is fresh, unctuous, long, with flavors of green apple and citrus. It is balanced and with toasted notes of the wooden guard. The finish is long and fruity.
From our estate located in one of the best wine producing areas in Mendoza, we obtain high quality chardonnay. After the careful selection of the grapes, the process begins in stainless steel tanks with the appropriate technology.
The management of the vineyard is attractive, carried out by the grapes at their greatest potential. It is harvested at night to celebrate grapes at low temperature. Press lightly and send a decant for 48 hours at 5°.
Then it is fermented between 15° and 18°C for 20 days. Then it is transferred to barrels of 2nd and 3rd use of 50% French origin and 50% American where it is stored for 10 months.
Before bottling, it is filtered and then left to rest in the bottle for four months.
