Tasting Note: The wine is a golden yellow color. On the nose it reveals notes of dried citrus fruit, white fruit and pineapple along with floral accents. On the palate, it is rich and full with a creamy texture revealing dried citrus flavours on the aftertaste. Overall it is is smooth with a long lingering finish.
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Food Matching: Goes well to neutral dishes with delicate flavours, pastas or risottos. Also good with fish, shellfish or even roasted poultry and vegetables.
Harvest: Exclusively manually.
Vinification: Grapes were picked manually in the beginning of September. Berries were macerated for a day, then gently pressed. After settling, spontaneous alcohol and malolactic fermentation occurred.
Aging: Stainless steel and french wooden barrels for 12 months.
Residual sugar: 0.48.
